Cutting-Edge Equipment & Processes
Triton operates a complete in-house metal fabrication facility with state-of-the-art equipment, including our newest acquisition: an Amada 6000 Watt FOM2 3015NT laser. For your peace of mind, all of Triton’s work meets or exceeds current industry ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9000 standards. In addition, our welding team is American Welding Society D 1.1 certified or qualified and uses the latest Miller computer-controlled welding machines to weld your product.
Triton Industries is committed to providing our clients with lean manufacturing operations that reduce overall production expenses. Our fabricating and welding services are all located under one roof for the greatest efficiency in low-volume quantities. We can carry out hybridized production, combining two or more processes into a single manufacturing step, rather than passing through several different stations. We help our customers package their products in-house, and possess innovative bar-coding stations located throughout our plant.
