Triton's computer driven Laser Cutting - Turret Punching capabilities offer many benefits in fabricating.

The Lasertool can cut seemingly impossible hole and profiling configurations that conventional punches and dies cannot touch. This eliminates time and cost of special contour tooling.
Clean laser-cut definition at speeds up to 400" per minute.
Non-contact cutting eliminates material distortion.

Trinton's Laser Turret Strippit provides the fastest station to station positioning time in the industry at only 1.2 seconds. It is further enhanced with three Auto-Index stations and the laser.
Accuracy is measured anywhere on the sheet and gauged from the edge of the sheet to any hole within + .004. Repeatability of parts is + .002.
